Sales Manager Assistant

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to work with one of our senior sales representatives. Sensor Products Inc. is one of the world’s leading companies in the niche field of surface pressure mapping and engineering seminars. We are an international business which conducts operations in over 15 countries while continuing to maintain a small company culture and family like environment. The ideal candidate for this position is articulate, proactive, and detail-oriented. He/she should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must live within commuting distance of our headquarters in Madison, NJ.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Following-up with current and prospective customers (via phone, email, and in-person)
  • Data entry
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets
  • General administrative duties
  • Updating/searching the sales data base

Requirements:

  • Some experience in a junior level sales or administrative role a plus
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Fast learner; flexible, and resourceful
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Works well in a team-oriented environment
  • Cold-calling experience a plus but not necessary
